1-Day Speed Camp
2-Hour Acceleration Training Experience
Athletic Republic Knoxville's 1-Day Speed Camp is an intensive, high-impact training session designed to help athletes quickly improve speed, acceleration, and agility using our proven Acceleration performance training protocols. In this focused 2-hour camp, athletes experience the same science-based training methods used by elite competitors, including overspeed work on our Super Running Treadmills, plyometric drills for explosive power, agility and foot-speed training, and strength exercises that enhance neuromuscular performance.
Our expert coaches teach athletes how to run more efficiently, react faster, and generate more explosive movement on the field or court. Perfect for athletes who want a powerful introduction to Athletic Republic Knoxville's speed training system, this camp helps players build confidence, improve running mechanics, and unlock faster game-day performance.


3-Day Speed & Agility Camp
6 Hours of Elite Acceleration Training
Athletic Republic Knoxville's 3-Day Speed & Agility Camp delivers a complete speed development experience through three days of 2-hour training sessions built around our industry-leading Acceleration training protocols. Over the course of the camp, athletes progressively develop faster sprint mechanics, greater explosive power, improved agility, and quicker reaction time through a combination of Super Running Treadmill overspeed training, advanced plyometrics, sport-specific agility drills, and targeted strength work designed to enhance neuromuscular function.
Our expert coaches guide athletes through structured progressions that reinforce proper mechanics and build measurable performance gains. This camp is ideal for athletes preparing for upcoming seasons, combines, or tryouts, providing 6 total hours of high-performance speed and agility training that helps athletes become faster, stronger, and more explosive competitors.
